(BEIJING, December 20) -- A launching ceremony was held at the newly built National Indoor Stadium on Thursday for the issue of the fourth set of Olympic-themed commemorative stamps.

The new issue, entitled "XXIX Olympiad Competition Venues," includes six stamps and a separate small sheet.

With a limited circulation and a total denomination of 8.6 yuan, the stamps feature the China Agriculture University Gymnasium, Laoshan Velodrome, the National Indoor Stadium, Peking University Gymnasium, the National Aquatics Center, and the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center. The separate small sheet features the National Stadium (the "Bird's Nest") and is priced at six yuan.

At the ceremony, the China Post presented stamps to BOCOG (the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad), the Beijing 2008 Olympic Project Construction Headquarters and the workers from the site of the venues.

On the same day, the Beijing Philatelic Company also issued a First Day Cover and other philatelic products.
