BEIJING,Sep.15 (China Sports Daily)--Cai Zhenhua,Vice Minister in charge of the General Administration of Sport, Vice President of Chinese Olympic Committee and President of Chinese Football Association will head to Britain to attend China-UK football development forum and the third meeting of China-UK high-level people-to-people dialogue from Sep.15-20.
