September 8, 2010 - On September 8, the Canadian Centre for Ethic in Sport (CCES) announced the first case involving an adverse analytical finding for human growth hormone (hGH) in North America.

This case follows the first worldwide case involving this substance announced by UK Anti-Doping in February 2010.
