FISav adopts anti-doping awareness

June 29, 2012 - The International Federation of Savate (FISav) has shown its commitment to clean sport by adopting WADA’s Say NO! To Doping campaign.

FISav will supplement its anti-doping efforts with the awareness promotion that was implemented for the first time at its Championnat de Monde combat final between Mariko Hara of Japan and Anne-Jelina Begue of Mauritius earlier this year.

An important element of the campaign are the FISav Say NO! To Doping laces, which are given out to athletes to use to tie their boots and gloves in a show of support.

FISav joins the growing list of international sports federations to focus on anti-doping awareness by using WADA’s Say NO! To Doping model.
