WASHINGTON, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency on Wednesday issued a 1000-page report full of evidence that shows the world's most famous cyclist Lance Armstrong is a dope cheat.

In the report, ther were testimonies from 26 people including 11 former teammates that accused the seven-time Tour de France winner of doping.

The report also presents that fact that Armstrong's former team US Postal Service, where Armstrong was the focal point, was operated in a way to win without being caught.

USADA CEO Travis Tygart said: "The evidence shows beyond any doubt that the US Postal Service Pro Cycling Team ran the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program that sport has ever seen."
