GENEVA, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- Cycling's world governing body UCI on Monday ratified the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) decision to strip Lance Armstrong of his seven Tour de France titles.

UCI made the ruling based on the USADA report which said Armstrong led "the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program that sport has ever seen".
