A launching ceremony was held in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province on October 11, 2007 for the official website (www.qqhr2008.com) of the 11th National Winter Games to be operated by China Interactive Sports Technology Co., Ltd. (CIS).

The 11th National Winter Games will be held in Qiqihar on January 18-28, 2008.
