(Beijing, May 9) In the spirit of celebrating the arrival of the Olympic Games, a new commercial emblem was released by the Chinese Olympic Committee on May 8.
The new commercial emblem is expected to help facilitate participation by Olympic partners in the promotion of the Olympic Spirit, according to Liu Peng, Director of the General Administration of Sport of China and President of the Chinese Olympic Committee (COC).
The COC also launched its market development program for the period of 2009-2012.
