Harbin, Feb.12 – Today the Chinese delegation for the Harbin 24th Winter Universiade has been established in Harbin.

Chinese delegation was made up by 359 persons, including 193 athletes. The team exceeds all the past registered Chinese ones in terms of both the number of participants and the registered events.
