(Beijing, January 27) The 2010 Plenary Session of the Chinese Olympic Committee (COC) opened at Beijing's Olympic Sports Center on January 27, 2010, with COC President Liu Peng delivering the COC 2009 Work Report. The delegates discussed and adopted the motion for the change of personnel in the COC organization. During the meeting Liu Peng also presented the IOC 2009 "Sport and the Fight against Doping" Trophy to the China Anti-Doping Agency.
