27 May 2013 - Li Ning Company Ltd., one of the leading sports brand companies in China, became an official sports equipment supplier for major world tournaments of the World Badminton Federation (BWF) for the period of 2013-2016. 

Li Ning is also a sponsor of both the recent BWF Sudirman Cup World Team Championship 2013 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the Malaysian Sports School Association.
