19 Jun 2013 - The 7th Haikou Hot Air Balloon Festival and the H1 Hot Air Balloon Challenge were held in south China's Haikou of Hainan Province on June 15-18, attracting 30 top hot air ballooning teams from across the country.

Among the 30 participating teams in the festival 15 entered the H1 Hot Air Balloon Challenge, flying in style across the Qiongzhou Strait to rewrite the event's record for the 5th time in history.

During the 4-day event, a number of interesting and exciting activities were held, including a hot air balloon flying experience tour for local citizens and tourists. (Photos China Sports Online/Jiang Rong)
