25 March 2015, Beijing - Members of the International Olympic Committee's (IOC) Evaluation Commission have arrived in Beijing for a 5-day inspection visit of the Candidate City for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

The Evaluation Commission of the International Olympic Committee (IOCEC) held the opening ceremony of presentations in Beijing. After the ceremony, the commission heard five keynote presentations on vision, legacy and participation, sustainability, overall concept, Olympic Village, sports and venues, and conducted a field inspection of the competition and non-competition venues in Beijing such as National Stadium, National Aquatics Center, National Indoor Stadium, National Speed Skating Stadium and Olympic Village under planning, Capital Indoor Stadium and Wukesong Sports Center.
