30 March 2015, Beijing - On 29 March 2015, Liu Peng, China's Minister in charge of the General Administration of Sport (GASC) and president of the Chinese Olympic Committee (COC), Mayor of Beijing Wang Anshun and IAAF President Lamine Diack met in the Golden Room of China’s National Stadium, better known as the Bird’s Nest, to unveil the design of the tickets and to open online sales for the IAAF World Championships, Beijing 2015 (22-30 Aug 2015).

The press conference concluded with the presentation of the ticket categories and prices, and information about the booking process. Present were IAAF President Lamine Diack, Liu Peng, chairman of the Organizing Committee of IAAF World Championships Beijing 2015 and director of the General Administration of Sport of China, Wang Anshun, mayor of Beijing, Olympic champion Liu Xiang, a promotion ambassador for IAAF World Championships Beijing 2015.
