24 Jul 2011 - Damascus, Syria: The Sport for All Union held a sports festival on the occasion of International Olympic Day on Saturday, July 23. The festival attracted 300 participants and included various aerobic shows and walking races around Tishreen Sport City.

Zouhair Mhanna, head of the Sport for All Union, told the Syrian Arab News Agency that the union had been organising this event for more than 15 years with the aim of spreading the Olympic spirit around Syria and highlighting the important role sport plays in everyday life.
